Stay Regular & Slimmer with Wheat Grass

Grandmas stay regular with a healthy shot of wheat grass.
Have you ever wondered how your grandma kept her slim waist?  Well, the secret is out. Grandma did all that gardening as it not only helped to keep her skin subtle but her waist tiny. She was hip before non gluten became hip.

You can grow & sprout your own wheat grass or go to your favorite raw juice bar and get a dose of wheat grass. Most add a slice of lemon but it is acidic and you want to keep the juice alkaline so just to like grandma and suffer for beauty. Down the hatch with no fancy fruit buffers.

Wheat grass:
It is the sprouted grass of a wheat seed.
